"HOW DOES IT WORK?"
I meet with my clients one hour a week (virtually).
The first meeting is to understand where you are at.
I don’t do any formulaic coaching – I meet everyone wherever they are on the journey.
In our first session, we’ll get to know each other a bit and I'll ask you questions that will help me design a plan of action for you.
Over the next few sessions, we I'll implement the coaching needed to achieve the goals we set. In between sessions I will recommend books, podcasts, and anything I get called to bring into our journey.
I'll also make myself available to you via text, so you can reach out with any questions you may have.
In most cases I meet with my clients once a week for about 6 weeks (6 sessions).
After that, we meet every couple of weeks, or even once a month.
There are no commitments, you decide if this is working for you or not – I have never had anyone not stick with the journey, but I want you to know that I don’t have you commit to anything other than showing up to our first appointment.
My job as your coach is to help you identify what is stopping you from stepping into your power (your old stories, narratives, old roles, old beliefs, etc) – and help create a plan to own your story powerfully.
I am here to walk this path with you.
