"How do I quit drinking?" is not the right question.
What you need to answer is: How free do you want to be?
When I was drowning in addiction (and had no name for it), all I wanted was to "quit". I had no clue where to start, what to do, or who to ask for help.
I was ashamed, terrified and stuck.
I crawled my way out of that hole in 2009. The past 11 years I've gathered insights I am going to share with you now. Why? 'Cuz it's time for you take back control of your life; and it has nothing to do with "just quitting".
My name is Pamela, and I'm a Certified Recovery Coach. Yes, I am a coach. But before anything else, I am an alcoholic and a codependent who works hard every day to stay healthy.
In this course, I will share information, inspiration and a call for action – yes. But mostly importantly, I will help you drop the old stories that haunt everyone who wrestles with any form of addiction (whether you call it that, or not). I had to drop those stories and give myself permission to create a new script for my life, if I ever wanted to quit drinking and build a kick-ass sober life. It's time you do this, too.
I will teach you from my experience – not just my training – because I believe I've been in the place where you are right now.
I thought I needed sobriety. What I really needed was freedom. I am here to help you bring this into your life.
Who is this course for?
The "sober curious"
If you're thinking about getting sober or wondering if what you're struggling with is actually an addiction, this course can get you clear and walk you through exactly how to move forward in creating a life of true freedom.
Those in active addiction
If you've been wanting to quit hurting yourself - but can't seem to do it on your own, this course will rock your world. Whether this is your first or fiftieth try - you are in the perfect place. I've been there, and I can help.
Sober - but feeling "blah"
Lackluster sobriety is f*cking awful. I was sober but miserable for a couple of years, and eventually, I became disconnected with my recovery altogether— leading to a painful relapse. Let's get you thriving.
Shifting your mindset
A lot of sobriety courses and programs promise a deep change. But they just tell people what to do. While action is incredibly powerful, it will only get you part of the way if not accompanied by a new perspective.
This is what a mind-shift is. A (radically) new way of seeing something in your life so you can make a change at a deep level. Not for other people - but for yourself. When you have a mind-shift, everything changes.
This course is designed to give you mind-shifts on all parts of the process from quitting your thing, to embracing your new life without your thing (and loving the f*ck out of this new life, too).
This course will show you how you can quit (drinking, drugging, etc), yes. But more importantly, it will help you get out of your own way, create a new sense of who you are, and empower you to design a badass new life.
Get ready to finally become your best friend.
"Working with you has changed everything...
You have a velvet-hammer approach that leaves no room for the bullsh*t I used to justify my drinking. You taught me about compassion, accountability and being honest with myself. So grateful for your coaching. I am not doing this for others, now. I am doing this for me. Thank you."

Meet your coach: Pamela
There's nothing more obnoxious than people who get sober and then step on a soapbox. They forget the dark place where they were, and “preach” to others. I don’t forget. My commitment to you: I will always guide you from the place where you're at today.
Freedom. That is the one word that comes to mind when I think about what my life was missing – for decades.
I lied to myself (brilliantly!) about my drinking. It wasn’t just about the drink itself – it was about the pattern of thinking that alcohol had set in my mind. The pattern of yes/no, love/hate, admit/deny – I was in a constant war with myself and it was exhausting.
I was not free. I was a slave to my own mind. It was incredibly painful.
Looking back, I want to hug the girl I was. Truth is, I did not know I was in this war with myself. I did not know I was the only one standing in my own way. It was the small stories I told myself. The little and big lies. The terror of facing the truth. The confusion on what to do, when I did see the truth.
This course is everything I wish I could tell that girl.
It’s exactly what I will share with you today.
Here's what we'll cover:
My Story of Addiction
Re-wiring Your Mind
The Deep Yes
Releasing Old Stories
The Power of Action
The Work of Recovery
Coming Home to Yourself
Badassing the Journey
"I feel hopeful for the first time in a long time...
I have been in and out of AA for 4 years and never in this time had I heard that sobriety could be so badass and empowering. I thought sobriety was about not drinking, and at best, being "ok" with this lifestyle. The way you present present sobriety is definitely changing the game for me."
