Four weeks. A pause. A shift.
SIGN UP NOW - ONLY 8 SPOTS AVAILABLEYou're not quite ready. But done waiting.
YOU PROMISED YOURSELF YOU WOULDN'T DRINK.
The bottle’s still full. The cork is still in. You're determined and feeling strong. And then...
The kids fight. Your partner’s late. Work hits with a last-minute “urgent” email. You start to feel the anxiety... and the pull.
That devastating knowing that "one" glass will take the edge off— Just enough to get through tonight.
But you said you wouldn't drink, remember?
Yeah—but you're exhausted.
You can't breathe right.
And things keep piling on and, dammit, you deserve it...
F*CK IT. I'LL START TOMORROW."
That’s the switch. A quiet snap.
Not a meltdown—just a two-second negotiation
that throws you back to Day One. Again.
The f*ck-it switch is running your life. And you know it.
You'll probably hit it again tomorrow (because it’s Friday). And Sunday (because your friends are drinking).
And next weekend too.
You don’t need a meeting.
You need a mirror.
And a mentor who’s been in that exact war—and knows how to help you win it.
Because here’s the truth: You’ve kept every promise—
except the one that would change everything.
It’s time to keep it.

THE FCK-IT SWITCH MENTORSHIP
A four-week journey for the woman who thinks wine is "self-care."
You’re not broken.
You’re just stuck in the almost.
Almost quitting. Almost asking for help.
Almost ready to stop…but still pouring the next glass.
The Fck-it Switch Mentorship is your pause.
Not a forever vow. Not a white-knuckled program.
Just one bold decision to stop pretending you’re fine—and start doing something about it.
This mentorship is for the woman who’s high-functioning on the outside, but low-key drowning on the inside.
The one who’s done with shame.
Done with spirals.
And ready to feel free in her own skin—even if just for now.
That picture? That’s me and my son in 2009 when I made this pause. I didn’t set out to get sober forever. I just wanted to show up for him—fully present, no matter what.
And in choosing him, I chose me too.
You can do that now.
You don’t have to be perfect.
You just have to be here. Four weeks is all I'm asking for.
Let’s end the war with yourself.
Let’s start something true.

Are you ready to quit drinking forever? Maybe. Maybe not. It doesn't matter.
What matters is that you're ready to stop disappearing.Â
Â

Flip the switch in 4 weeks.Â
Together, we'll flip the switch from self-abandonment to self-trust.
From “I’ll start tomorrow” to “I’ve got me—right now."

THE FLIP THE FCK-IT SWITCH MENTORSHIP:
THE 4-Week Framework
Week One: The Truth Before The Truth
We break the silence. You’ll name what’s not working—without shame, without labels. You’ll start hearing the voice underneath the habit.
Week Two: Meet Your FCKIT Switch
We slow it down. You’ll learn to spot the pattern, feel the build, and recognize the exact moment your brain goes into negotiation mode.
Week Three: Rewire The Loop
We interrupt the auto-pilot. You’ll practice new responses, grounded in what your body actually needs—not what your habits demand.
Week Four: Build Your New Baseline
We integrate. You’ll walk into your life with a clear plan, deeper self-trust, and the clarity to keep moving forward—whether you choose to drink less, take a break, or explore sobriety on your own terms.
By the end of this mentorship, you’ll know exactly what your next step is.
And whatever you decide—I’ll be right there with you. Every  step of the way.

THIS IS EXACTLY WHAT I NEED.Testimonials

You're not afraid of quitting.
You're afraid of who you'll be without the drink.
Will you still be fun? Connected? Successful?
Will they get it—or leave you behind?
I remember that fear.
But let’s be real—drinking stopped being fun a long time ago. You’re just afraid to say it out loud.
This mentorship isn’t about shrinking your world.
It’s about expanding it—by finally trusting yourself again.
You don’t need all the answers.
You just need one hell yes.
Trust the process.
And trust me—
I’ve walked this road (more than once).
I know where it leads.
Choose Your Path
Whether you're a "hell yes" or a "maybe," I've got you.
Hell Yes — I’m In
I’m done circling.
I’m done hiding.
I’m ready to flip the switch and find out who I am without the pour.

I’m Curious — But Still on the Fence
I know something’s got to shift.
I’m scared to say yes—but more scared to stay stuck.
I’m not sure I’m ready… but I’m ready to talk.
But what if..?Â
(Let’s just say it out loud, yeah?)
"I'm not that bad…"
Cool. Neither was I. I had a job. A smile. A calendar full of brunches and deadlines.
And yet I was slowly slipping into a version of myself I didn’t recognize. You don’t have to burn your life down to realize it’s not the life you want.
"What if I fail again?"
Let’s be honest—you didn’t fail. That old plan did.
This isn’t another willpower hustle or shame-fueled list of don’ts. This is where the cycle finally ends—because you’re not doing it alone.
"I don’t have time to fall apart."
Good. Because we’re not falling apart—we’re rebuilding.
This work fits around your real life. Your job. Your kids. Your chaos. No dramatic resets. Just a pause to get clear.
"I’m scared of what I’ll find underneath."
Of course you are. That means you’re brave. But hear this: your truth won’t break you.
Your truth will build you.

What's drinking really costing you?
It's Not Just The Sleep.
It’s the self-trust that slips a little further every time you say, “just one.” It’s the shame spiral that hijacks your mornings.
- The $18 wine.
- The $50 Uber.
- The $300 guilt-fueled shopping spree.
- The $5,000-a-year bottle spend (or more, if you're like me.)

The real cost?
Your confidence.
Your clarity.
The intimacy you used to feel.
The woman who used to meet her own eyes in the mirror.
That’s what’s slipping through your fingers.
Here’s the truth bomb:
You’re scared sobriety will steal your freedom, your fun, your spark.
But this cycle?
It’s taking everything you’re afraid to lose.

This is a pause.
Maybe you’re not ready to stop drinking forever.
This isn’t about forever.
It’s a pause. A reset.
You pour coffee instead of apologies.
You meet your eyes in the mirror—and like what you see.
The shame softens.
The guilt lifts.
Your joy returns, not as a reward, but as a right.
You stop performing your life and begin to live it.
And one day—something shifts.
Questions?
Let's get on a call.
Look—I’m not here to convince you.
I’m not going to twist your arm or pitch a promise I can’t back up.
But I will tell you this:
I’ve helped hundreds of high-functioning, secretly struggling women break the cycle—without shame, without rehab, without losing who they are.
And if you're seeing yourself in this page, there's a reason.
That whisper inside you? “This might be my moment…” Honor it.
It only takes three seconds of truth to change everything.
Three seconds to say: I'm done doing this. I’m ready for more.
Fill out the form. Let’s get on a quick call.
No pressure. Just clarity, truth—and the first real step toward your freedom.
Let's fcking go.

Can't wait to talk to you
I WANT TO BOOK MY LFG CALLWhy Pamela?
I didn’t learn this in a textbook
I lived it—high heels on the outside, high-functioning chaos on the inside. Running work meetings. Heels and red lipstick. Chardonnay in the coffee mug by morning (yep, it got that bad.) And the shame? Alive and well.
Until one night I drove my son after drinking. I knew it. He knew it. There were no sirens. Just me on a cold bathroom floor whispering, “This has to stop.” That moment didn’t ruin me—it woke me the hell up.
So I got sober.
Five years of checking the boxes—meetings, sponsors, doing everything right. I looked good on paper, but inside, the chaos continued, because I hadn't healed. I was sober, sure. But I was not whole.
I drank again.
Two long-ass years of lying to myself, of pretending I was fine while disappearing in a glass. But that relapse gave me everything. It stripped the bullshit.
No more pointing fingers. No more victimhood. No more wishing I could drink like other people. I owned my truth. I chose me.
Now I help women do what I wish someone had helped me do:
Pause the chaos.
Burn the old blueprint.
And finally hear that voice inside whispering, “There’s more for you.”
Because healing doesn’t begin when you hit bottom—
It begins when you start saying yes to yourself.
