As a sobriety strategist, I’ve walked alongside thousands of students through my Insight Timer meditations, courses, podcast, and private coaching. But that’s not what matters.
What matters is that everything I teach comes from my own 16-year recovery journey — and the part of the story I didn’t see coming.
I got sober in 2009.
And after five years of solid sobriety… I relapsed.
